GA Proposal Category Check

I saw Bears Armed do this once in this forum, so I'll try for some help with my proposal.

This proposal is entitled International Aircraft Safety. The category is Free Trade, which I have selected based on International Transport Safety/International Road Safety. Is this the correct category for this proposal? If not, which one does it fit under?

If this doesn't go here, can you redirect it to the GA forums?
