there we go.

As to floatcenter, floatleft and floatright are using the CSS float tag, which doesn't HAVE a center option. Limitation of the code, which you can't really get around. just use align=center (or better yet make it so your sig doesn't need 3 separate columns of text)

There should be a [highlight] code that allows you to highlight text.
Also, you should be able to click the button to work codes in TGs like you can with the forum
Also, why did the only moderator who replied to my many [user] tag say "no no one cares" when I got a bunch of other NSers to say yes without even trying to?

Your explanation isn't very clear, but from what I'm gathering, it would serve virtually no purpose on the NS forums. If someone spams, either a mod spots it or another player reports it and then the mods go and deal with it. This sounds like an entirely too complex widget to accomplish the same task.

I assume you mean the text on the spoiler button?

It's done like this:

Which displays like this:

Most punctuation marks aren't allowed in the buttons, however simple text works fine.

We don't allow users to format their stuff with actual HTML/CSS because it's a security risk. It is possible to enable users to use HTML/CSS on a site, however it requires extensive security work. For our needs, BBCode works fine.

Shadow is fairly easy to accomplish via HTML, something like

more info on the possible variables here. I could see them being useful if the shadow effect was subdued, as they tend to 'pop' shadowed text more for things like headers or the like. Glow, not as much...

As to the moving text... why why WHY would anyone, ever want that. EVER. We finally got rid of 99% of all gaudy, annoying, and useless moving text and <marquee> tags when geocities shut down, why would you want ANYTHING like that on nationstates!? </ramble>
