Bug: Dispatch Code

Yesterday, one of the dispatches of my main nation was looking glitchy. This dispatch is over a 100 days old, and did not have any problems before. I know that I did not edit it recently. I tried to edit the dispatch to remove the buggy look, but my edits seemed to make it worse. I have a backup of an older copy of the dispatch code on a word document on my computer, and I tried using that. However, the glitchy look persisted. Words were not centered; background blocks did not cover the whole page; spaces between lines disappeared. I sent a telegram to a friend of mine to look at my dispatch, and he also saw the problems. Therefore, this is not a problem with my computer or my coding.

I then looked at my dispatch for this nation, and it also has a similar problem.

Was the BBCode for the game changed?

I am almost certain there was a change. Now, you need an extra blank line between paragraphs/lines or they merge together. It would be nice to know your main nation or the dispatch so that we can help you fix it.

Example? Please link to actual dispatches and RMBs when they exhibit problems so I can see what you mean.

It's almost certainly related to the change Drasnia refers to, but may be browser-dependent.

Despite the code not having been changed, the site has altered the display of my factbook.

It quite evidently should not look like this and does not correlate to the code. I have waited a few days to see if this error is NationStates wide and have also confirmed it has nothing to do with NS++. However, since no fix has been applied, either NS is not aware of the issue or it is contained to a select few, as I have seen others with it also despite the code being correct.

If any light could be shed upon this, it'd be most appreciated.

I am sorry to be a bother, I am happy you (or someone else?) fixed the issue but there seems to be a new issue. If a a [size] tag comes before a [font] tag, it gets canceled out. It doesn't seem to matter whether the [/size] tag or [/font] tag comes first at the end.

In this dispatch, the first few paragraphs are formatted so that [font] comes before [size] while the rest of the body paragraphs in the article have them reversed. Not a major issue, it can easily be fixed by reversing the positioning of the tags in my dispatch, but I thought you may want to know as it seems to be new.

My dispatch looked a bit weird, but I think I narrowed it down to this problem with [size] tags:

This is an issue I've also noticed, but it's been like that for months, at least. I have just bee putting the [size] tag on every paragraph, which is easy enough, but it would be nice to get a fix for it. Unless it is intended for some reason.
