I appreciate the notification, since I would have otherwise tried to change my login to some other nation in the last hour. And then (without the notification) I'd have been puzzled and perhaps annoyed that I couldn't log back in.

The hardware upgrade seems to have gone smoothly. NS is low-budget I understand (and can't criticize since I don't pay a cent to use it) so you can't just build a whole new server, get it running shadow and drop it in without interruption.

I actually like this way. It's old-school. Why throw money at it when you have competent admins and a loyal user base?
