And lastly, why are the "detail" results sometimes the largest changes? You would think that the largest effect of deciding on an issue would be shown automatically and that "detail" would just be very minor changes.

- You don't hold a trophy for that ranking.
- The ranking isn't a primary one, which means all industry and government department rankings as well as rankings that can be easily intuited from something else (e.g. "Crime" is deemed to be primary, "Compliance" is not)
