st_pierre_and_miquelon.jpg, a variation of my own Saint-Pierre_and_Miquelon.png flag. Noticed it in use by this nation.

Hmm, I suppose it could have been overlooked.
The Federation of Allied States is the fictional successor state of a United States devastate by WW3, the nation follows Federalist ideals, and leans toward the left politically.
Israel got a state, so should PALESTINE.
This nation does use NS stats unless clarified.

Their flag was most likely chosen and kept from before the flag update in which a most generous user donated their time to update the quality of the flags in the selection list.

There are some old versions of flags that have been officially replaced.

It's technically still possible to set these flags (without reuploading them as custom flags) using clever URL editing.
