How to backtrack regional activity?

I volunteered to take care of the regional map. Can some one please tell me how to backtrack the regional activity to find the nations that have ceased to exist?

I'd just go to "The World" on the sidebar, then use the search bar under the login/out and switch buttons in the top right. If you don't find a nation in there, check The Boneyard.

That's too compicated but that will be the method I will use if everything else fails. It would be enough to see the nations which went away in the last month.

The game doesn't keep records for more than a few weeks, but there are offsite groups who do.
