I am the founder of a region that was recently raided, and they rejected an embassy request that I wanted to accept. It doesn't allow me to request embassies until the denial has expired. How long can I expect to wait (It's been 3 days and 2 hours).

I currently see an entry listed saying "Denied 5 days ago", so I assume that's the one you refer to. For as long as that item is registered in your regional administration page you cannot start a new request. The item will be removed some time after it reaches 7 days.
