Mass TGing

I have recently been elected as WAD, and I wish to send a TG to my region. I understand that this would cost stamps until after I've held the position for 26 hours and that it would cost stamps, of which I have quite a few. However, every time I attempt to send the TG, the game blocks it. Is there a way around this? :unsure:

Have you sent it to Region:<regionname> ?

FAQ wrote:region: <Name> to send a TG to all residents of a region. (Also available without the need for Telegram Stamps to the region's Delegate and Founder.)

How are you trying to send the telegrams (there are many ways to do so), and what error message do you see when trying?
