Glitch in Dispatches

This cleared as soon as I went: Nation Page ----> Dispatches. I don't know what it is with AEDT mornings... Just this morning I had an error message in the sidebar while surfing the forums (Sorry: No screenshot...), but it cleared when I went on my nation page...

The timestamps are within seconds of each other. The most probable issue was that the something on the site (possibly a Files and Tables reindexing, which has a spike around then) went down and came back up. Unless it's an ongoing problem, it's not a problem.

It happens quite often to me with WA applications, even sometimes when there should not (refreshed the page just before). I'm not sure when it started, but it definately wasn't happening weeks/months ago.

I experienced a glitch publishing a dispatch. It would not allow me to publish the dispatch because it said I reached the required number of 25 factbook pages. That was weird. So I moved some info in one factbook to another factbook page, then deleted the old factbook page. It worked after that. I thought dispatches were unlimited while factbooks only a max of 25 factbook pages. I had up 25 required factbook pages before at one time at my nation for awhile and had no problems publishing dispatches.
