Telegram not sending

Hey recently I've had problems with the telegram feature. I mean it sends telegrams, but according to some of the people I've talked to recently I doesn't even appear in their inbox... Can anyone explain to me what's wrong?

You haven't provided enough information to even begin to guess. File a Getting Help Request, and include enough detail that we have a chance of chasing it down. Include things like who you sent it to, when you tried and failed, and what timezone you're in. Also mention which browser and OS you're using, whether you are using NS++, and whether you have Javascript enabled.

Also important is HOW you send the telegram. Manually using the Telegram box on the page of the other nation? Do you use the API (what script) to send templated telegrams? Do you use stamps?
