The title does not lie. My issues are working in reverse- I allow women to have as many kids as they want, and my civil rights start tanking. Then I thought ," that's weird, I'd better improve my civil rights", and then proceeded to legalise protest when the issue came. Guess what? It sent my civil rights further down. I'm certainly picking the right answers to my issues- my national happenings show this- so I don't see how this isn't an error with the game. Help plox.
