Impossibly declining populace?

I don't have evidence of the first time, but I can assure you it was 1.03 billion, the population of the nation has now declined to 1.026 billion.

I've been lead to believe that this is impossible.

Population of Drucezchski in the past couple of days, taken from the API data dump:
2014-04-18: 1026 million
2014-04-17: 1020 million
2014-04-16: 1013 million
2014-04-15: 1007 million
2014-04-14: 1002 million
2014-04-13: 995 million

Looks good to me. You may have misread 1.013 billion as 1.13 billion.

That's odd because I could have sworn I read 1.03, but data dump is a data dump. Lets see what happens tomorrow ^_^
