Thats because of the hour change all timing have been spread over 2 hours and are completely inaccurate for a while.

Please can you confirm that recruitment has been turned on? Is it being tested or is it back long term?

Strange, I've been sending TG's all morning according to the top of my screen.

Changes are being made, and recruitment will work for some people some of the time until we are done.

Both a general tech and NS++ question here. So Sicarius has the API running right now. If I wanted to send another telegram via http://nspostmaster.com/mass_telegram.html would I run into the rate limit (or any other issues)? or will they work together legally and simultaneously?

I would just pause the NS++ for the duration of the other TG...but that's not an option :P I'd have to retire the campaigns and remake them which is a pain....

Assuming you are using the same client key for telegrams on both, yes, you will hit a rate limit. A "pause" option for a region is an interesting suggestion.

There is already an internal mechanic to "pause" campaigns for a length of time, but it's not something users can see. Right now it is used to pause campaigns that encounter problems (like repeated failures sending telegrams). If you would like, I can pause your campaigns for a set period of time.

That would be awesome. Maybe a day or two? Or just leave us off until it's fixed for everyone, if that's about the same time frame. I just want to send a certain TG to a few hundred without using my stamp (only have a few hundred, and there's no rush on this) ...but it's to a specific group, not something like "new." Thank you very much.

On the note of having a pause button for campaigns, an alternative could be (assuming that you're the creator of NSpostmaster like I hear) incorporating those features or similar ones into the same panel. Make it more of a general API tg page with a recruitment function. or don't, your program :P

To confirm, you want the recruitment campaigns for Sicarius to be paused for 48 hours?

I am, and it's a possibility. Those domains & content were acquired by NS too.

Yessir. Thanks.

That would certainly make the API system a lot more accessible to a lot of people who'd rather put a little time in and wait a few hours than shell out a buck or two, even though you've already taken a huge leap there :P

Afforess and I have found the lingering performance problem which was getting in the way of leaving recruitment on: turns out it's the same problem as was originally bringing NS++ down, even despite the earlier changes that improved performance considerably.

We're working on changes to get rid of the issue entirely.

Said changes are on the application server and the speedup is in. Unless there are other unforeseen problems, NS++ should be running smoothly again.

Maybe a feature to apply all puppets to WA would be nice

A feature exists to apply to the WA on puppet creation. A feature to apply puppets to the WA later on may be added in future.

Generally I would advise applying to the WA upon resignation, obviating the need for any form of mass application.

It's telling me I "do not have permission to view active recruitment campaigns". My recruitment was just working 20 mins ago... what happened?

As a gameplayer speed is everythjing, and the ability to apply all puppets at once would make the setup process less tedious. Also, perhaps a drag and drop feature for your list feature to move the puppets over from one list another . :)

Question, Does recruitment on NS++ send to only feeder regions or also sinker regions?

That is somewhat surprising. Does it still not work in firefox if you try again now?

I don't see any recent attempts to log in as "union_of_kiwi_socialists" in NS++. Are you unable to use NS++ at all? What version do you have of the extension?

Republic of Vietnam wrote:Question, Does recruitment on NS++ send to only feeder regions or also sinker regions?

Recruitment on NS++ can send to pretty much any kind of nation.

Othelos wrote:NS++ stopped working (mostly) for me on Halloween.

There were a number of problems during the websocket rollout to the chrome extension the day before Halloween. (It had been expected that the websocket change would improve performance. It likely does at this point... after a number of further changes). Please try again today.

Nope... now It isn't fully working in safari now either... everything seems fine, except nothing is sending. Firefox is the same as before.
