NSDroid version 1.9.3 is out and contains the following changes:
* Updated design to use Androids new AppCompat/Material.
* Added GDP, income, economy sectors etc.
* Fixed bug with news.

That's strange and of course not by design. Obviously it's a false positive, but it may be due to some old code that I did not know could trigger such a warning and I would like to rework.
My antivirus protection (avast) does not classify the app as malware. What does yours say about it and what antivirus is it?

AVG. It simply said malware was detected, uninstall recommended.

I don't think it's a problem with AVG, as it is fully updated and I have several dozen apps already, all deemed "safe", with this being the first time it's ever happened.

Issue answering broke with the update to instant issues in NationStates, but it has now been corrected.
When you answer an issue in NSDroid you will now (in version 1.9.4) be shown the effect at once, together with recent trends.

It also has a bug fix for instant issues.

Hya. The dossier function seems to not be working for me. When I am logged in and I select "Dossier", I get a blank page with the message "length=38; regionStart=33; regionLength=-34"

I don't think it worked earlier either, I just didn't report it

Also, I'm using a Samsung S5, if that's useful information.

It seems the dossier on nationstates.net has changed since I worked on that last, though I get more info in my dossier than you do. Perhaps you have more than a few nations/regions in your dossier? I'll take a look at it the next time I have time to work on the app.

Thanks! This issue should now be resolved and the dossier should work better than before. The scraping code had to be updated due to the site having changed a bit.

A new version (1.9.6) is now available on Google Play, with some bug fixes, including a code rework for the dossier.
It also now features a current census rank on the nation page.

A fairly large update is now ready on Google Play - version 1.10.0.
This new version doesn't work on devices with Android 2.2 or lower (but it should still work on 2.3.3 and up).
If you have Android 2.2 or lower you can keep using version 1.9.7, if you want. It should keep working, unless [violet] changes particular things.
Fixes include using HTTPS for login and other logged in calls and small bug fixes.
I have also added a World section, showing the featured region, number of nations and regions in the world and has a search feature.
Embassy posting on other regions (that allow it) have also been implemented.
Finally, a notice of when the next issue will appear has been added.

The app now uses the autologin feature of the site (you should get asked for your password less often), but you can "log out" via a new menu option.
This clears the cached cookies and you will have to log in again if you try to use any logged in features, but you can still continue using the public parts.

I'm having problems accessing my dosiers. I have a region in my dossier and it doesn't load. Clicking on other tabs after that will result in non-loading or general crash-iness. Not sure if you've encountered this issue before.

Thank you for reporting the issue! I have not encountered this problem before. Would you mind disclosing the region in question? You can send me a telegram if you like.
Do the other regions load in the dossier and that one region is missing from it or is it the region itself that won't load when you try to visit it?

How long do you wait? It shouldn't take more than a few seconds to load, but sometimes networks can be slow. Have you tried different networks?
Have you tried restarting your device? Sometimes network drivers can get stuck on something.
Could you give me an example of a region that doesn't load? All regions I try work without problems.

NSDroid has now been updated to version 1.10.1.
It now notifies you of new issues by default (but you can turn it off in settings).
It also shows the Founder and WA delegate in the officers part.

Ah right. What I mean is nation, not region. Nations Pokken-Land and PikaPika are my alts. I added the nations by using the NS website. And it doesn't load. I'm using a Nexus 5. Let me know how else I can help. I'll try to get screenshots when possible.

The Dossier page. It just sits there displaying "Gathering Intel".

Right now, I only have Pokken-Land nation in my Dossier. And the Dossier Tab in NSDroid doesn't load.

My steps are:
1. Use Nationstates website to add Pokken-Land into Dossier
2. Open NSDroid and the Nation Page displays.
3. Use the Dossier tab by sliding right
4. Dossier keeps loading as per screenshot.

Due to the recent change in the Issues interface, NSDroid no longer registers that we have any issues.
