Can I suggest you go with:

Something like that anyway. The *** really adds a nice exclamation and significance to the message. I don't think the bold, underline italic is necessary unless you just like it. :)
The underscors don't work well because underlines break the read. It's good to actually hear the word WARN.
Now with luck I didn't earn myself a warning for quoting a warning.
