For validity, should it be "high cheese exports" or just "hasn't banned cheese"?

Could be both or just 'high cheese exports' or 'has not banned cheese'. I think both might be better.

Personally I'd just go with ''has not banned cheese'' alone, as even in nations that have low cheese exports there will still be people making a cheese somewhere in it. However, in one that has banned cheese, well, yeah, cheese will get you dragged into a police car.
