What would happen if you pressed "Dismiss" on every single issue that you received?

To my knowledge, nothing would happen to your nation and its statistics would remain the way that they were when you founded it. The only situation that would affect your nation would be relevant General Assembly resolutions, assuming you are a WA Member. Basically, it would work in the same way as not answering issues would.

Can WA resolutions affect your nation, other than RP stuff?

Yes, the General Assembly's resolutions can sometimes affect your statistics - if you are a member nation - though the effects are generally fairly minor.

I didn't know that. Like can they affect your political freedoms, economy, and civil rights? Or just your rankings?

Right. I believe it also changes which issues you receive, but I could be wrong about that.

Answering issues effects your nation's states. The passage of GA resolutions also effects your nation's stats. These stat changes can and do have a bearing in your political freedoms/economy/civil rights.

I thought dismissing raised averageness by a small point.

Dismissing has no effect on a nation's stats.
