My normal practice is to wait until my draft falls off the front page before bumping and/or submitting it, so as to give lots of time for responses and feedback. Given the current rate of descent (which I've now reversed), and pending any additional feedback, I'm not going to submit this draft for at least another week or so. There's no need to panic here.
