MARRABELLA-MAYFIELD CONCORDAT SIGNED!
On August 28, 2023, a significant diplomatic event took place, where the Monarch of Astoria, alongside senior members of Astoria's ROF Military Command, sat down with their counterparts from the Warzone Trinidad Corporation's Board of Directors. This moment marked a crucial turning point in international relations.

This agreement, now known as the "Marrabella-Mayfield Concordat," was carefully crafted to establish a strong partnership between these two parties. Importantly, the Concordat outlined a comprehensive framework for cooperation, covering both military and diplomatic aspects, all clearly spelled out in its provisions.

The impact of this diplomatic achievement reached far and wide, garnering overwhelming support from Astoria's Crowned Assembly. With only one abstaining from the vote.

As the ink dried on this significant document, it officially came into effect on September 1st, 2023, ushering in a new era characterized by enhanced cooperation and shared prosperity between these two organizations, bound together by the Marrabella-Mayfield Concordat.

Summary of the Marrabella-Mayfield Concordat:

Article I - Government Recognition
This treaty is between the Crowned Republic of Astoria (AST) and the Warzone Trinidad Corporation (WZT). Both parties officially recognize each other as the legitimate governments of their respective regions and will establish on-site embassies.

Article II - Non-Aggression Pact
AST and WZT agree not to engage in acts of aggression against each other, including military invasions, espionage, and sabotage. This pact extends to all official members of both organizations and their subsidiaries.

Article III - Military Cooperation
Both parties can request mutual assistance for piling and raids, except when other treaty allies are involved. They can decline assistance if the target doesn't align with their criteria or treaty obligations.

Article IV - World Assembly Cooperation
The signatories commit to cooperating within the World Assembly (WA). They may recommend General Assembly (GA) or Security Council (SC) proposals to each other and consult on voting strategies, respecting regional sovereignty. They won't support injunctions or liberations without specific requests.

Article V - Disputes and Resolutions
Disputes are to be resolved through diplomatic negotiations. If diplomatic efforts fail, a third party may be involved in arbitration or mediation.

Article VI - Ratification, Amendments, and Termination
The treaty is ratified when both parties sign and approve it. Amendments can be made by agreement and take effect after one week. Either party can dissolve the treaty with formal communication, and it ends one week later.

A few hours ago, the Institute of Cellulose has decided to cut ties with Astoria due to our Invader affiliation. Upon further investigation, we will accept this bombshell gift presented to us by their Minister of Foreign Affairs Zarbik, who has decided to cut out one of, if not the biggest embassies the IOC had.

For those who haven't investigated, Institute of Cellulose has a clean record: that is if we brush aside their ties with Layem and Sanctum before they were raided (which the local community has chalked up to "their dislike of GP"), the countless incidents about their Discord, their track record with PSAing that they're closing an embassy, their totally fair and renewed government whom always agrees in everything and where no one has ever unilaterally closed an embassy, or the fact that to reside in their region, as shown by this post, you must disregard any GP activities. A very good ally indeed, looking back.

However, worry not, IOC, as our filthy and disgusting raider region will not try to reconnect with your holy land.

For those who want to save their eyes from seeing the IOC home page, this man right here butt in to have the last word, and then Wooloos, (not) known for having been DEATed and having been the one isolating the region from GP and establishing ties with Layem and Sanctum, of course had to have his dollar. Omni was sitting in his office, his all-knowing singular eye closed. Taking a nap, classical Omni. He hears a knock on his door.

"Come in", he says.

Godfather Ambis opens the door, a couple of papers in hand.
"Hey, since raiders are no longer locked, look at what I've found!" He places the papers in Omni's desk.

"Hm. So, a governorless fascist region that got raided by other fascists? With a DND on it? This will be fun."

And so, Omni jumped onto his horse, and ended up in the Warzone Trinidad Corporate Office. A plane was ready for them. Ambis was piloting with Texico as copilot.

To Omni's surprise (and amusement) they absolutely thundercunted the plane into the fascist billboards, replacing them with Smurf Cats. Smurf. Cats.
Omni took the first gun, which he thankfully didn't have to use too much. After that Rosa, who was repping WZT this time. Arsto decided battlemaining was enough, because well, a bloody battlemaining Arsto isn't something you see everyday.
