This is super disingenuous. The Red Fleet both raids and defends, based on socialism and anti-fascism. You aren't raiders.

Re: the OP, it's hard to really say who the best raiders around are because some raider regions excel in some kinds of raiding and others are better at other kinds. It depends on what you're looking for in a raider region, if you would prefer smaller, more stealthy raids, quick tag raids, big invasions with a lot of other regions involved, etc.

It's too bad we chose to bail on short notice to save an Osiris operation, otherwise the delegate seat OP sits in today might be behind a Black Hawk lock and key.

SANDERS RESPONDS TO MENTION OF CLEARLY UPSETTIZENS

It is true! Clearly is evidently highly skilled. However, I must say that I have an impressive resume. I discreetly served in the political role of leadership until such a time that I could convince my people to support me with no opposition. I now serve as the eternal Governor. I am now interested in joining a raiding group and continuing my trend on a broad scale.
