Statement of the NationStates Liberation Army

When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce a region under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such invaders, and to provide guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of Haven; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to arm themselves for their own defence. The history of the former delegate of Union of the Snake is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over this region. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has allied with authoritarians and despots such as Nazi Europe.
He has assisted that region in its drafting of a Resolution, the purpose of which being to strip Haven of any defence against invasion.
He has done so without making any demand or request of Haven that may be settled peacefully.
He has refused repeated requests to desist in this course, and in full understanding of the facts, has continued to aggress against Haven and to threaten its continued free independence.
His alliance is itself with and among known raiders, who would seek to profit from the capture of such a prominent and famous region.
He has therefore by every means within his power sought to inflict as much damage as it is within his power to inflict upon Haven.

It cannot be in doubt that Haven has a right to resist, and to punish such base and unprovoked assaults. This delegate has engaged himself in a war with Haven, and with all its allies and all those to whom freedom and independence are valuable, and has thereby opened himself to the just retribution that has been inflicted upon him. The NSLA will continue its present operations, and vigorously pursue further ones against any region or persons who shall present a threat to Haven at present or in future, until and unless the following demands are met:

1. Union of the Snake renounces its right to ever engage in any invasion of any kind.

2. Nazi Europe renounces its right to ever invade Haven or any other RP region.

3. Nazi Europe apologises unreservedly for the harm and distress its actions have caused.

4. Nazi Europe recognises the right of the NSLA to exist and to conduct any and all defensive and retributive attacks that may be necessary to defend the integrity of Haven.

Official Diplomatic Announcement
Using the power Granted to me by the regional assembly, I herby issue Executive Order #2

EO#2 declares the "Provisional NationStates Liberation Army" a terrorist organization and an enemy of the state. The Declaration of war will stand until the organization disbands or surrenders unconditionally to Qwendra. I present to you the invasion of the "union of the snake" as Casus Belli. Qwendra has had a long policy of protecting her allies and attacking her enemies, we will not turn away because of radical communist propaganda. We will not condone this attack on our allies and their honor and we will not negotiate with terrorists, nor give in to their demands.
