It's not the usual black like our raider souls flag, which is a nice change of pace. I'm a little confused about the applicability of the Welsh dragon and the crown given that this is a raider region and not a monarchist region. I give it a solid 7/10.

The image editor I use for flag creation had a large library of heraldry symbols as graphical assets. I suggested using one of them to set their flag apart from other raiding groups and brihimia liked the idea, going for the welsh dragon. The image editor I used for flag creation doesnt allow for the importing of images so you have to use the assets it provides. The crown is for identifying one as a leader of the chaos brigade.

Not Welsh, the Welsh dragon is red (Y ddraig goch). It's just a dragon passant.

Edit. Still a nice flag though.
