We are not even involved with R/D and are completely unrelated to NS in general, so this "raid" seems highly pointless and I'd like to question it's legality. There is no in-game rule about raiding any kind of region, except class regions.

Have your founder remove Executive access to the Delegate seat and appoint a few trusted members of the region as Regional Officers with Border Control authority. Once that is done, your region cannot be meaningfully raided.

CROM! Cimmerians Cora II (t/p10) and The Type 49 TARDIS (s) raided together a short, violent reconnaissance mission, using the Cimmerian HQ for co-ordination. That place is infamously most leaky R/D centrum of the Nationstates, but Defenders couldn't arrange even one soldier to the fields, despite the trigger commands were visible for a half of the world.

After 10 successful strikes, Cimmerians went to sleep, at 00:37 minutes into the update.

I mean, not exactly to call Cimmeria "courteous" on all fronts, but retagging tagged regions has never really been a huge issue between raiders, albeit when it's done intentionally and maliciously (as done by TEK, others). These sorts of taggers have targets spit to them via a program, based on their eligibility - mainly, an executive delegacy, below a certain endo count, and no password, all of which almost always apply to regions currently tagged. There's no malice or intentional lack of courtesy in hitting them again, just a heavily automated process with little human decision-making until after the hit. There, you mighty ask why they retag it, but really, why not? I don't see DEN pitching a fit, and if they happen to retag on of the few TBH tags, I'm not going to throw one. They're just tags. It's polite if you lay down a blanket request to other regions of "hey, mind if we happen to replace any of your tags?' - but even that's not really necessary.

It's also worth noting that what we may see as a discourtesy might not be anywhere near being viewed as one by the leader of Cimmeria. How we choose to proceed then, when they see nothing wrong and we do, it....always interesting.
