How to create multiple ranks in a region?

I can see that other regions make theirs so identical like real government. They've President, Vice-president, Foreign Minister, Lawmaker, etc.
They also have elections.

However, I seem to be unable to do that, can someone please guide me?

Can I ask if:

I instantly elect specific member?

is it free?

can I remove elected members?

Don't worry, I did not get the point of regional government for ages. If you are the Founder of a region, you can change your WFE to allocate government positions to nations in your region. You can decided to either elect or appoint a nation to a government position. Elections can be run on a regional poll or on an offsite forum. You can change the WFE at any time and therefore get rid of a government official. It's free to change your WFE.

No matter how fancy titles, what kind hierarchical structure, for what purposes etc. you may have in your region's government only max. 2 nations* that can have real power in your region by game mechanics. They are:

1. Executive Founder (with God-like power over the region)
2. Executive WA-delegate

All beyond that is only question of imagination and roleplay and statuses of off-site forums what comes to direct impact and influence to your region in The Game.

(*Note that both Founder account and WA-delegate account can be shared, but that is not recommended by Game Moderation/Administration. Sharing access to a nation may risk them if violations against the rules are made by any of those whom has shared access to a founder and or WA-Delegate. Note further that in cases were WA-delegate access is shared there can still be only one WA-nation (one WA-nation per Player rule), even there would be 100 players sharing that delegate access, in which case that one WA-nation would be only one WA-nation for all of those 100 players, Thus it is not recommended way to expand a player basis of a regional government capable make direct in-game changes in a region.)

It isn't a game mechanic; the only positions in the game are the founder and WA Delegate. You can still hold elections with the poll feature though, and keep track of positions in the wfe or a separate factbook.
