Delegate Limitation Act

Seeing that as of now, the delegate of New Brannack has the power to create and impose legislation on the nations who are willing to submit to him. Noting that a "big brother" executive order/request is not in the best interests of democracy, and detrimental to our glorious region.
Observing that the senate was created for making legislation, instead of the delegate. Requesting that we limit this dangerous power that is concentrated in a delegate nation that already can Veto legislation, eject/ban nations, create embassies, and generally do anything during their term until the next election.

Therefore, from this moment forward, all executive orders and executive requests are null and void and shall cease to be created, unless:

1. The idea is submitted to and passed by the senate
2. This law is repealed.
