I am trying to get a clear understanding if The Red Fleet knowingly works with DOS players or not. From the conversation I had with Proletaire on IRC last night, I am under the impression that they do.

They've repeatedly said they don't work with delete-on-sight players, so you should already have arrived at that understanding. Off-site communication with delete-on-sight players isn't an actual problem -- or, if it is, someone should alert The North Pacific and Kingdom of Alexandria, where delete-on-sight player Mad Jack is heavily participating in off-site roleplay and has been for months, or The West Pacific, where delete-on-sight player Tweedy occasionally participates in their off-site community.

Merely communicating with delete-on-sight players through off-site platforms is not actionable. As long as no one in The Red Fleet is knowingly cooperating with delete-on-sight players to help them participate in the on-site game and evade their ban, there isn't an issue. That they were deceived by a delete-on-sight player who was even able to slip past Moderation for a while is not their fault.

You always claim there is a level of toxicity in gameplay. Well it is showing up in this thread that is for sure. Perhaps you should have a chat with your comrades over in the fleet and make them understand that just because someone doesn't agree with them, doesn't mean they are instantly a nazi.I have been trying to get that point across for two years now. Last time I checked Halc was DOS'd for exactly that. Frak was assisting TBR in trying to gain an advantage in gameplay. Had Misley been DOS'd, that would be the exact circumstances in TRF according to what I got from Proletaire, so.....

Let's just hold up there okay? Let me make this crystal clear for you? I do not hold a grudge against The Red Fleet. I believe the overall mission of The Fleet in taking down nazism to be a noble goal, and I have even helped in that endeavour multiple times. I do on the other hand hold several of their members in the highest contempt. If there is one thing I cannot stand it is bullies. That is exactly what they try to do. Anyone that doesn't agree with them, or bend down and kiss their boots is instantly accused of being a fascist and is publicly attacked. That is the problem I have with them and the shameless self congratulating that they do.

I am positive Proletaire blasted them all over your IRC channels, otherwise Munky would not have had intimate knowledge of them seeing as he has been banned from pretty much every defender channel.

*ahem* Guys, I believe the "OMG TRF WORKS WITH DOS?!" bit has already been addressed?

Regarding the DOS user, it was brought pretty quickly to moderation's attention by TRF. From the sounds of it, pretty much the instant their leadership got tipped off about the DOS' potential presence in their group. It just took us a couple of days after the report came in to find sufficient on-site evidence to confirm it was the DOS and to act accordingly.

The thing with Misley and the telegrams was a separate issue, unrelated to the presence of a DOS user sneaking into their group. Falsifying telegrams is not in of itself in violation of the site rules. Doing so to harass, flame, or flamebait other players, however, is.

So, with that settled, maybe we can get back on track here?
