What determines how many people die from nuclear spill as a percentage of total population? Is it high toxicity or the construction of reactors and testing of nuclear bombs, or both?

I would suggest you try International Incidents, or telegram a Roleplay Mentor....

What I mean is simply, what issues cause it to increase? (this is about the issues and their effects, poster above me, not some RP, okay)

Yes, I am asking about that, so if you are allowed to tell us players, what causes it to be one of the leading causes of death?

Alright. When I had a different nation as my main, I did alot of uranium mining and I didn't manage my environment well. I don't know if it's connected, but I noticed a lot more deaths to un natural causes when I had a high toxicity. I hope that helped.

You don't hear about solar spills, or wind spills, after all!

Thanks for the assistance, I will probably try to build more uranium mines and nuclear reactors to improve the economy, despite the unrealistic number of deaths from reactors in the game.

I have nuclear reactors and limited mining but I managed my environment very well. To be clear, are you after more deaths?

No, I am after more reactors and a better economy, and if more deaths are a side effect, than I shall still build more reactors.
