Your dispatch that outlines how your regions government works - Confussed me just a little. There is a direct chain of positions yet what they do aren't so linear.

Its simple really. Madrigal's main mission is to have fun at carving our names into Nationstates history. We have big plans, and of course we won’t share them as it would be obviously a bad choice.
I myself have been interested in Nationstates for about four years now, first the years were filled with roleplay, and now gameplay is my focus. I am glad I accept Controlled Interests offer of becoming a general at the time. I am pleased to help the Family reach its full potential, at the extent of others of course!

AOI recently dropped Festavo/Trick Shot from their region. Rifty then asked me to remove him from Madrigal, where he was currently serving as a Capo in our military, loyally. This put me in between a rock and a hard place. I had to choose keeping relations with AOI, or drop a soldier who has been loyal to the Madrigal cause. This has been tough

My decision in the end is a comprimise, I am officially demoting Trick Shot down to Soldier Second Class. I hope this decision will keep both parties semi-happy.
Upon a newer decision, this decision has been revoked. Instead, We will follow our allies example and banject Trick Shot.
This is purely business. I mean nothing personal to Trick Shot

Well Val - A banjection of Fest will be occuring. However it wasn't down to them being walked over...but more so the pointing out of a double standard and comments.

So what makes Madrigal a good region?
I am going to be extremely biased in answering this, but i believe it our regional military. we have the skills to match with any region that comes at us, working with a long line of regions such as The Black Riders, The Black Hwaks, Sicarius, Association of Imperialism and etcetera. We also have a government with an offsite forums and truly unique things that I will keep a surprise until later.Like, i would really like to tell you, but...

Honestly, this whole thing is becoming more of a hassle than its worth. Festavo released information, so I am removing him due to security reasons. This is the only reason.

All this crap we have to do to gain an alliance is just not worth it. This is the last thing I am changing.We are not becoming a puppet of AOI. I have legitamate concerns about Festavo, sucha as he is a legitimate suspect in giving away our password

Update III: October 28 2014

Current Government Removed

Today, a decision was made by Padrino Shadoke to remove certain inactive members of the current government, noteworthy is that he took off co-founder Izwayla.

This decision was made non-personally as a means to let new blood in to renovate the government. The current roster some of which carry over from the previous government, but that doesn't exclude them from being removed due to the fact.
As for Izwayla, they shared the founder account with me because they were the current World Assembly Delegate, and therefore to give them executive power without endangering the region was given the founder password. Sadly, Izwayla has also become inactive, and will be replaced in the upcoming elections.

For the first time since Great Kleomentia was elected, Madrigal will be having a democratic election. The Padrino remarks:

The spirit of democracy is always something that I have personally enjoyed. The ability to choose who leads you is priceless, and this is not lost to Madrigal. The Candidate must have citizenship, and have lived in Madrigal for at least two weeks. Voters must have citizenship, and are allowed one vote. Updates will come as it happens.

Following the week long voting period will be the Roleplay and Foreign Affairs election, respectfully.
