Basically like a user / player guide with comprehensive information about the game, how to play it, what RP is, etc. I'm sure there are many other nations that sign up for NS and play the game quietly without much interaction simply because they don't know very much about it other than answering issues. I myself am new to the game, and I find myself wondering alot about it. For example, there are so many acronyms used here, that anyone new to this type of game likely is put off by that as they have no clue as to what most of the acronyms mean? Am I making sense here or? I just thought I would ask. I have not seen a real comprehensive "new to nation states" section and / or a "getting started" section...etc. Any thoughts? perhaps I have not looked deep enough? Thanks in advance!

On R/D history, there's two main resources- old threads, and old people. Old threads are all around here if you want to look into them, and old people can be found in the NS history thread where you can ask them anything you want if you join any particular org as well, they'll often either have history sections on their offsite, or better access to people to ask about it

Far and away the best answer to this.

That depends. With a regional influence level of 2 in a one nation region, you would be a Hermit, yet in a region of 75 nations you would be a Minnow. The actual title has little to no bearing on what your actual influence is. For example, this is my regional influence level, and if I had delegate controls, I would not have the influence to put up a password. No one is quite sure (well I'm sure someone is, but they ain't jumping up and down) what the actual influence level is needed for a password. For instance, the delegate in Atheist Empire, has a high endo count, and still does not have the influence, so it takes time.
I hope that somewhat helps?
Edit: Why are you concerned though? You are the founder of your region, and founders don't need to worry about influence.
