TEP has fallen out of favour with Unibot & Co, since it actually had principles and wouldn't let him take over and peddle his extremist Defenderism there. So it's little wonder TEP members in Lazarus are being persecuted.

*long exhale* Blimey. We're assuming here of course that this administrative decision has to do with Hobbes's ideological preferences.

Alternatively, perhaps you continue to allow Evil Wolf's presence, bearing in mind that he isn't all that active and surely couldn't persuade citizens of Lazarus by the power of his arguments that you are wrong, so that you can claim to be inclusive while purging active dissent.

In any case, Hobbes has contributed a lot to Lazarus and I'm sorry for his sake to see that this has occurred. In the long run, though, someone of Hobbes' talent would be better off contributing where his dedication will be appreciated instead of tossed away when he's no longer useful to the dictatorship.

Correct thread. It's all linked. And it's the same people bickering about the same stuff.

I cannot roll my eyes further back in my head without sustaining injury.

Hobbes should move to TWP and leave you all to cry in your milk over the loss.

Incorrect.

Here's the conference thread.

If you need assistance reading that this is a thread about the purge of Hobbes, I can help you comprehend that simple fact.

No, you are "mind-numbing independents" (Unibot).

That's what they think of TEP.

That's what they think of TEP.

Or, in the words of the People's Republic itself (source):

Almost every Game-Created region has sat in this box -- this social construct they call “independence”. They promised you a plateau of freedom, but all you have received in return is a prison of your own design. By all falling for the same lie and obeying these same conditions, each of these Game-Created regions has been robbed of their individuality and their identity. Their wishful revisionism leads them to believe that they have always shared these ideas, but they have not.

This false independence has kept our regions indistinctive, inactive and, perhaps most concerning of all, it has kept our regions dependent on foreign aid.

TEP is not independent though. We do not consider ourselves to have an ideology other than...ourselves.

Sounds silly, but in the end it's for the best.

Ah, well, you separate the words of Unibot from that of the PRL. Which one would presume to be correct.

But interestingly, he himself does not.

"We are not "enforcing" the status quo, Hobbes, we're challenging it. The "status quo" is the kind of mind-numbing independentism you've just outlined and what Lazarus was stuck under for years." - Unibot

"Lazarus already does decide whether it wants to help others in need or help invaders. You've framed defenderism as an imposition, but it's always been Lazarus's choice. Lazarus chose to do good for others. Independentism is a choice too, but it is to help yourself at the expense of others. Presumably if we moved to Independentism, it would be to invade. " - Unibot

He continually refers to Lazarus in the context of "we" - despite not even being a citizen.

This shows he clearly views Lazarus as nothing more than an outpost of his cosmopolitan defender confederation. It's not a sovereign state to him. The defender crusade is the only thing that matters.

And presumably Lazarus has no problem with that. That my friends, is why Lazarus is so ill-suited to host a conference on Sovereignty. It doesn't even respect it's own Sovereignty.

^ This does seem rather opportunistic to me. Five bucks says one of them end up hosting the forums or running it from the inside.

That's exactly why I was asked. I was asked specifically about ways to archive a forum. I then asked why, and it was explained to me.

Even if Lazarus and TSP were not allies, it would be no great mystery about why somebody might approach me. Out of everybody in NS Gameplay, there are a few people who have the level of technical knowledge that I do.

There was no secret forum-switching cabal. If you guys would simply wait until all the information is given, you wouldn't be making such dumb accusations.

I would gladly explain everything I know about the forum switch. It is not my place to do so without permission, however.

Not like any of you are asking questions, anyways. You just go to press with an attack piece from the get-go. Has anybody even asked Feux about it?

Quick question, boss:

If Lazarus is a sovereign state, why do you refer to yourself as part of it, despite not being a citizen?
