Despite leading raids, I prefer being a solider. I'm much more accustomed to being on the front-lines and cutting down natives and fendas, than to sending my comrades in to be cut down whilst I am safe and secure in the stable. Huzzah The Black Riders Gladio III and Cora II rode together for commemorating the past days when Fendas gave some serious resistance for them. Now those days are gone.

B) Member of team who doesn't participate field activities, but is otherwise essential member of the team (don't ask how)
C) Rider whom really is the 'Ghost Rider' and is honored by his/hers fellow riders
D) Rider whom doesn't want his/hers name is visible on the Tags and Reports
E) DOS'd players (Usually defenders and natives) whom couldn't keep themselves out of R/D gameplay due their too deep and twisted addiction to it, rendering them "The Ghosts" by the terms of rules, moderation and agreement with Max, the agreement everyone accept everytime when creating new nation into Nationstates.

Nothing in this game is harder achieve then get better looking TBR Forum Masking Color. It requires nearly 300 active updates, over 5700 raids participated, over 100 written reports, at least 1500 hours of work for the organisation etc...

Acting Lieutenant Cora II is now officially Promoted to rank of Corporal and therefore to the ranks of The Black Riders.

Changes in Practice:
- No access to TBR War tech anymore(no more leading/triggering duties)
- No access to Baghdad Bob anymore (no more writing and publications of reports)
- No responsibilities keep track about raiding statistics anymore
- No duties for keeping battle history of TBR updated
- NO MORE THAT ANNOYING ORANGE COLOR RELATED TO TBR LIEUTENANT RANK!

Rhina owns those forums. If they shut it down, that's not forum destruction.

And if you argue it was against what the community wanted... The forum was dead before it was shut down, so clearly it wasn't valued very much. Would you charge someone that shoots a dead body with murder, Cormac?

On a more serious note... It seems unfair to LWU, and other regions that actually did have their forums destroyed, to be crying 'forum destroyer!' in multiple GP threads over something like this.

Besides, is Rhina even the person who created the root admin account? He isn't the first Founder of Aura Hyperia. The first Founder was Zander if I recall correctly.

And no, asking the General Staff of The Black Riders what they are going to do about a forum destroying Black Rider who is flying The Black Riders flag over the region whose forum he destroyed, in The Black Riders thread, does not constitute threadjacking. That previous version was much better, That COPS thing is stupid not to exclude lawful actions by the legitimate regional authority. It is in fact a very poor document leaving a great deal to interpretation.

Crashing: any action which could cause a forum to go out of service or lose information, including: the deletion of posts, the deletion of the forum, spamming, or any other act of this kind.

By that definition you couldnt delete a thread or a post without ''crashing'' your own forum. Something I suppose you have done many times in your own forums. This probably makes you a forum crasher as well. On the other hand, a root banning everyone but himself wouldn't cause the forum to go out of service, and wouldn't loose any information since none is deleted. He would simply be the only one to have access to it. Perhaps you would interpret that as a loss of information? I didnt know this treaty legislated on banned account quota before it becoame a loss of information. I suppose you could also argue then that banning anyone could be considered as a loss of information.
Now you will justify the deletion of some posts as offensive, or off-topic etc etc. But that isn't in the treaty, under a certain interpretation deleting any post makes you a crasher, because some information is lost. A poor convention indeed.

The 2006 convention got it right in that regard, and its not because the COPS is more recent that it is a better or clearer document. It's not because one support the 2006 convention or some variation of it and doesn't support COPS that one approves crashing. Instead, the exception in the earlier convention provides the necessary flexibility for normal administrative functions, and for complete shutdown should the region shutdown as well. Again something left for interpretation, should the forum owner host the forum intact for all eternity even when all its members are long gone, no matter if it was never used, even if the forum has a cost? Every forum goes down someday, are you the one to say how long it has to be left opened? The Conventions does not specify that either. In fact, anything deemed important should be saved in case that provider goes out of business.

A new document would be in fact needed to explore the subject in depth. Until then, its not clear like you make it to be that the legitimate Root closing down his little used forum is in fact an act of crashing, unless you support a very litteral interpretation of COPS, which would in turn means that half of NS forum mods and admins are forum crashers.
