I would like to invite you to the Renegade Islands Alliance.

We are active, with conversations constantly carried out on our RMB. We're also not too big - our population is 250 nations, but realistically our community is closer to 15 consistently active members.

We do have a regional government, and we're set up a little different than the others. The Delegate is elected every 6 months by the citizens, and is responsible for appointing the Foreign Affairs officers. We also have a senate, but that's where we are unlike other regions. Our senators are selected by the Great Houses, offering a truly representative political body. Houses are ranked by influence, and the more influential a Great House is, the more representatives they send to the Senate. Influence is determined by all sorts of things - members, how active they are, the House's contributions to the region, etc.

We also have a very experienced staff. Our Immigration Officer and myself have been on NS for over 10 years, and we do our best to help get our new members acclimated to our region as best as possible.

Zero is a vibrant RP region, with its own map, regional government and friendly nations. What makes us unique is our rich common history, where any nation can add its story to shape the world of Zero, and the fact that we are virtually Invasion-proof. Raiding here is impossible, so its very very safe to move here. Isn't that awesome?

International Democratic Union

The IDU is an old and well-established region with a Founder who's there to provide protection against 'invasion' but who doesn't meddle with the region's internal democracy (and control of it is actually shared between several long-term & reliable members of the region, for added security).
Although the region prefers Democracy we're actually open to nations of other types too, unless they're openly Nazi or blatantly racist.
Our RMB varies in activity, but new conversations there are welcome as long as they're reasonably polite.
We have all of the other "usual" features on offer: own forum, map (admittedly not updated for a while: we really need a new Cartographer, if that might interest you...), regular elections (open to all WA members who've been present in the region for at least the preceding week) for WA Delegate... There's also a RPed (but currently not very active) regional council.,
If you decide that you'd like to submit any proposals to the GA then we can & will offer help from successful authors in getting your ideas into reasonably good shape before you post them for a wider audience in the GA's own forum.
And if you want to customise your nation's fauna & flora instead of just using a RL country's wildlife then we also have somebody (i.e. me) who can provide [reasonably] scientifically plausible advice about interesting ways in which to do so.

Hemithea is a great RP region that has around 50 nations. It has several regional RPS and has an off site forum. You will find yourself very welcome there. It is currently undergoing great change because in the works is a merge between Hemithea, Panessos and Elysium. The three regions share an IC government, a map and all RP together so it makes sense to merge, join now and leave your mark on one of Hemithea's biggest events.
