What is Sicarius?
Sicarius is a region that may or may not be like any other region you've been to! (I've yet to do actual research on the subject, so, don't be shocked to see one or two ideas I think are original but have been attempted before...) Why? You may ask. Well, because we like to think that everything in NationStates (including gameplay and roleplay) exist happily in one bundled up universe that makes everything much more convenient. Don't be hatin' on other's beliefs, that's rude, okay?
Wait, are you defenders?
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. No. We are raiders, albeit unorthodox, that may sometimes assist in the rebuilding of regions. Now, all you 'fendas taking the "moral high ground" don't get your panties in a bunch juuussst yet, we promise to only tag regions that are relatively small and are beyond repair. Plus those that are just begging to be raided. However, if we ever do a bigger operation, we will probably blame it on someone else, so you'll never even know. *Diabolical laughter*

Thanks for showing your support! Wait, HR says you were being sarcastic. Well knock it off, you're quite bad at it. Anyway, I plan to make a separate dispatch for that, so expect a link when that comes out. For now, just use you're imagination (raise your hand if you just thought of Spongebob)
My Region is founderless, will I be raided by your awesome might?
Most likely, yes. Unless you politely ask the delegate to password protect the region to save yourself from the unholy purging of all that is swell and adorable (much like kittens) if the delegate refuses, hey, he was an a-hole, blame him. Unless you are a roleplaying region. In which case, we promise to leave you alone.

Go for it. We're up for anything and everything, even defending a region (if people do that for fun) so just swing me a telegram and I will probably accept you! (Note: You have a 99.87% chance of being denied)
Is Sicarius a member of Raider Unity? Will it ever be?
At the current moment, Sicarius is a neutral region not a part of any sort of organization mostlydue to the fact we have been denied to all the ones we've applied tobecause I pride myself in being an isolationist (militarily speaking), it's personally my belief so if you don't like it, tough luck. So also, no, we will never be a part of any regional organization.
Stealthy Raiding Tactics? I don't follow
Good job for paying attention! You deserve a cookie. Unfortunately, I lack cookies. Anyway, by being stealthy, I mean infiltrating a large region and acting like a newb for months on end until the others willingly elect us delegate, or we send in a lot of people to hold a coup in a more well-established region (like the GCR's). Sicarius, taking advantage of chaos, strife, and disorder since right now!
We are the villain NationStates deserves, just not the one it needs right now.
