For extra fun, have someone manage things like celebrations - an interior minister.
Oh, and give them 1984-esque names.

Dear Nations,
I know you have probably seen countless messages or telegrams asking for you to join this region or that region. Well, I say give The Burning Utopia a thought.
Why? You may ask.
We are a relatively new region, but we hope to become big. We have many ideas that you could help us with or even suggest some more! Some of ideas include:

*Roleplays

*Creating a house system, with four different houses that nations can join.

*Having a working system of parliament, with many different positions even relatively new nations can apply for.

Also did I mention we are democratic? We hold votes all the time and there are constantly places for new regions to get very involved in administration! Our region is very active and is constantly filled with lively and (usually) friendly debate!

Each region is allotted one thread, and you already have one.

Additionally, this thread has the feel of a recruitment telegram and doesn't really offer anything too special. It's common to see new, tiny regions advertising themselves as democratic; it's been done to death (I'm not saying you shouldn't be democratic, but you need at least some other feature unique to your region to attract many new nations). Gameplay recruiting threads scarcely work, and probably rank about the same as RMB adspam in terms of effectiveness, unless you can truly prove to us that there is something unique of special.
