Formal invitation to Libertatem.
Greetings, one and all! I formally invite you to come to Libertatem, the freest region in NationStates. Let me tell you a little bit about our region, and why you should join us.
First of all, I'm Pevvania, Manager of Military Affairs and leader of the Libertatem Army. We've been here for over a year now, originally as the premier militant organisation fighting for freedom across NationStates. We have performed over 80 successful liberations, invasions or other operations to uphold freedom and roll back totalitarianism.
Due to our commitment to fighting the forces of tyranny, we have for a long time been a predominantly libertarian region. But recent efforts to liberalise have meant that we now accept anyone of any ideology. Heck, we've even got a Communist Party!
The tradition of democracy is well-rooted in our region. Along with our foreign policy activities, our legislature is known to be one of the most democratic of all in NationStates. We comprise of the executive Founder and WA Delegate (a position that is always up for grabs!) and a two-chamber 'congress' - the Managers and the Board. There are positions available for anyone who wants them!
