Usually in any game, or even real life, I'd be inclined to be a moral do-gooder. That is, until I got a recruitment message from you to join TIL. You promised notoriety (your condemnation badge was one of pride) and evilness - and I decided to go for it.

Receiving the Chancellor of Foreign Affairs under you as got me hooked on NS - I loved it and I still love it 2 years on. Had it not been for you, I'd have either been in TITO or left the game. I'm thankful for you for that. You'll be marked in the NS Hall of Fame for being one of the smartest evil bastards out there.

Dang man.

Durk/JAL is probably one of the most underrated people in the game and certainly in my top 5 people i like in this game. Never ashamed to be who you are and always seeing this thing as a game, it was always fun with JAL.

I'm sad you're retiring, the game is that much less fun today than it was yesterday.

And btw, I feel this retirement is really about avoiding a potential trial in TNP.

I will not say goodbye, as you are even more disturbingly close to me than when you started playing this game. I am sure we will enjoy some lovely times JALby. But I might just enjoy not having you around making statements that make me go :palm:
