NEW Flag Makers/Requests

Hi there! I have a flag request.

I would like the color of my flag to be this (doesn't have to be super exact):

and I want the background to basically look like a night sky. So, just sporadic stars something like this:

In the middle of my flag, I'd like this coat of arms (but modified how i explain below):

*I would like the shield to be this one color (again, doesn't have to be super exact):

*In the middle of the shield, I would like this image:

*I would like the crown removed.
*for the banner on the bottom, I'd like the text in the middle to read "Educatus et Liberum" (it can be small to make it fit).
I would like it in a readable script font, if possible.

I know this flag request is somewhat complicated, so I sincerely appreciate anyone who is willing to take it on. Please telegram me if you have any questions!

The only requirement is that they are under 250kb which they are but I don't think there is a requirement on dimensions. I am rather new at this but I saw Ruean's request and thought 'hmm I can do that' so I tried two more

unless you can get an image of the high quality pattern it's self, you may want to just wait on one of the flag makers to help you. I'm sure they would know what to do before me

Do you have the flat version of the flag? (as in, without ripples) those can be added back in when uploading a flag into Nationstates.
