MSPaint isn't the best free image editing software available. Perhaps you should use a different program that's more feature-rich and'll let you make a more unique flag? Paint.NET is a good program for Windows. It's a little different to MSPaint, but I recall it to be user friendly.

Just so you know, the website is not "paint.net", that's the name of the program. The website to get Paint.NET is getpaint.net.

Hello. I have been trying to create a flag that fits my country but really pops at the same time. I keep failing.

Here is a little big about my country to help you get an idea for my flag.
My country has an extremely strong democratic tradition; education and the sciences are of the utmost important to our culture; the country is officially Secular Humanist although there is much interest in society in studying and understanding all religions past and present - especially Celtic & Norse mythology.

There are a few things that I would like included/used, but be creative and don't feel like a color or design has to be used or even exact.

Preferred Colors:
Hunter Green
Blue - preferably a navy blue or Midnight Blue
Davy's Grey

Preferred Symbols:
Happy Human for Humanism
Gear for Science & Technology
Ouroboros symbol for infinity (nation's motto is "Forever in Search of Truth")

The second half would be something Latin inspired; I'm not really sure what to go with on this, so you have free reign with this one really, so long as there's that inspiration behind it.

Well, this was a toughie. The only real Latin symbol I ould think of was the fasces, which has some unsavoury connotations, but it doesn't really look like a fascist flag. I understand If you don't want to use it though
