I think I want a slightly more complex version of the flag I have now. It's fine, just a little too... basic for my taste.

Don't require anything, just something a bit more interesting.

You should be able to, it's one of the programs I use.

I'd recommend trying a few different programs to find one you like. Pinta and GIMP are also very good. If you end up sticking with paint.net, getting some good plugins can make it a lot better.

Can you make a flag which is similar to the Brazilian flag but:
1) instead of green, the background is orange
2) the rhombus in the middle is white only

Back again. I would appreciate it if someone could make me a flag of our region's International Games Organization which handles all international sporting events. I would like a white background with different colors like the RL Olympic flag but with a different design. I offer no more guidelines besides that. Thank you!

Hello again, I am in need of a new flag for one of my puppets.
Rislands
If you could take my flag, take out everything in the middle, replace it with a green pine tree with a light grey background, and replace the blue with green.
There are also the red lines going vertical and horizontal, I wish for those to be removed. The red outline to be purple, and the red lines in the middle to be blue.
