I am the Zeroth Imperium and I am requesting legal representation in the South Pacific.
Case: Delegate elections are on-going in the South Pacific. As per the laws of the South Pacific, the final two choices are chosen within the game by determining who has the most endorsements by the end of the predefined period.
Those two finalists are Milograd and The Third Imperium (hereafter TTI).
About 7 days ago, as evidenced by the telegrams above...I approached TTI because I saw he was losing this race badly. He was behind Milograd by about 40 endorsements, and Milograd had started with a lead on him. Eager to bring some equality to the contest, I offered TTI assistance, first by providing him a list of all the WAs in the region that were not endorsing him. Second, I offered to telegram on his behalf.
As soon as I did this, he proceeded to give me this nation.
I took the nation and have been campaigning on his behalf as had been agreed.
About 56 hours ago, I found myself banned from the South Pacific by Hileville.
I immediately inquired into why he had done this and accused him of illegally affecting the elections by banning me.
As shown above, he said he had not...as TTI had stabbed me in the back and requested I was to be banned.
I then asked Hileville (paraphrase)...
Is it within the laws of your region to ban a nation at the mere request of a citizen?
To which he rather bluntly began to instruct me that to achieve any justice, I would half to sue him in his own courts.
After being stabbed in the back by a senior official in the South Pacific and ejected and banned by the delegate, for doing nothing wrong...I am seeking legal representation to levy charges against Hileville, explore charges against TTI, and to unban me from the South Pacific.
To become my representative, nations will have to go to the Ministry of Justice on my behalf, and scrutinize the laws of TSP to see the best case to be made against Hileville and possibly the Third Imperium.
If you are interested, you may reply below or telegram me. The representative I select will enter in the "Reward" I have offered. By custom nations I mean I will build those nations to your specifications. If you want 20 nations with flags that are paintings from Salvador Dali and quotes from George Washington or John Adams, I will do that and place them in the regions you want with the settings you want (animal/currency). Obviously with the password you want as well.
If you succeed in unbanning me, bringing punitive charges against Hileville, and explore charges against TTI, you will get the whole reward. Random nations means I will just make random nations with the standard national flags.
Please help me fight this injustice. I approached TTI to help, he then betrayed me and forced me to face a bullying delegate. Corruption in this TSP delegate process is evident, as TTI was not trying hard at all and gained after my campaign...only to oddly order me banned and the delegate complies? How can one nation simply order the removal of another?
I hope their are intelligent nations out there who can stand up for justice and scrutinize the laws of TSP to bring these criminals to heel.
