There's got to be some citizens of the GTA who want to meet the one and only Unibot. xD

I think this was posted a bit soon, there doesn't seem to be any type of enthusiasm for the event now.

As it stands I'm going to the London event tomorrow and looking forward to it.

You may be right. I figured that people might get excited, but would still need to make travel or timing plans. Hopefully most of the events will still happen.

If anyone does get the chance to attend a big, in person meetup I highly recommend it. I hosted a big regional meet, greet, and sushi party a few years back, and it was a great way to connect with players I'd already considered friends online.

In the end I wasn't able to make the London meetup (curse you University and your demands on my free time!), but hopefully it went/is going well.

I hope the one other guy who might have been participating in the Sacramento-area meetup forgives my absence; I'm snowed in up here in the Sierras, since the roads aren't necessarily dry enough for me to feel comfortable driving to Sacramento through Donner Pass.

That's 50% of the people who had signed up. Who was there?

6pm in LA and it seems it is only London that reported back for the 10th November events, but I'd give it a bit more time.

Hyanygo et al, a moderator informed me that Luna Dancing did not give me permission to post the pictures you wanted, so it had been rescinded. It was actually a mistake given that I am always short of time after the meet so I do apologise for any inconvenience I may have caused, but next time we organise a meet-up, we'll address the photography concerns.

Despite 5 sign-ups for the NC Triangle meeting, nobody else showed up ... or if they did, they saw me and ran away screaming. I get that a lot.

Long story short, I'm not inclined to repeat the event without a lot more commitment from other players.

Were my screams of terror of a real life mod that loud?

Should come to London next time :P Apparently it's the most committed NS player group, I'm not sure what that says about those who attended.....

Or what it says about Max Barry's remarkable ability to plan ahead and have the 10th anniversary fall during my week off from uni...
