hello i made a socialist region and the first 4 guys who come to my region get a high position

Hmm. While that is tempting, would you mind letting us know some other stuff about your region? What are your goals? What are the benefits of moving there? Basically, why should we choose your region over the many other socialist regions?

the region is against war and for tolerance. and its a very young region in a big region one guy cant say something to 1000 nobody will hear him

You should put the name of the region in the title of the thread/in the opening post.
And link it with the [region] tag, so lazy people can easily find it.

A creative WFE also helps. And, personally, I prefer the plain red flag.
