I have an extra nation, in which I don't want. It's Tekarukite. It has no bans or warnings.

Just because a puppet hasn't received an explicit warning doesn't mean there aren't any on the player. You actually don't know whether or not there are warnings, or what sort of nasties you might be giving away. I'm not going to confirm or deny the statement above, just making a point.

Any time someone hands over a puppet, there are risks. Be sure you are willing to take those risks (up to deletion and banning from the site) before you sign in to that nation.
