Lux e tenebris. Lucem is accusative and would be appropriate if you were saying something like "I brought light out of the darkness", but on its own, it needs to be nominative. Additionally, before consonants ex becomes e.

A number of problems.

First off, the sense of the phrase would be the truth is the one who is laboring, which is not at all what you want. Second, qui and veritas do not agree in gender.

Anyway, Latin really doesn't have words to express the concept near enough to the English -- I would suggest trying to say it another way. Currently you'd have to use some fairly odd circumlocutions to try and get across the idea of the truth is the thing which functions correctly.
