Today is a arbitrary day where nothing is happening. Can we then take a count today, when there are no political motive, of who is a native in all those important regions and GCRS?

I get annoyed when coups happen and suddenly all these 'natives' come out of the woodwork out of nowhere and complain and everyone believes them.

Maybe someone could provide a up to date resource/list-type-thing on this? I don't really keep track of different defender organisations and their leaders myself.

My definition of neutral is leaving outside hostilities to have a casual place where some of the outside tensions can be set aside.
