OHHHHH yeah - Madrigal was successful when Leningrad was running it. After that it went down hill. TCE wasn't old enough to say if it was or wasn't a success. Slavija is pretty impressive I must say.

Madrigal was a tough place to run for me. I had no stamps or the dedication to keep it thriving. I am but a raider, not much of a leader outside of them respects.
TCE was only about two to three weeks old, but I consider it a big success because of the ammount of embassies we had,
As well as the updaters we also had.

Tags - Aren't really that important in saying "We're successful!" TBR isn't successful down to how many tags they have but because of the size of their military and running of it.

What Shadoke meant to say was, with the extremely little time we had, we managed to establish a small but strong and organized enough force to get a decent number of tags. We even managed to start a good community. I consider TCE a small success, not matter what anyone else says. I'd also like to point out that to a point tags do measure your success, because a band of no goods can't really hope to achieve much.

Take the easy way out: coup a founderless region,then build up that community. No need for stamps if you take over a spawning region.
