Solid work from the wardens. I should hopefully have a working PC soon so i might meet you on the battlefield, though only as a trigger or a distraction.

I actually snorted. 10/10 for the comment, Tim.

I'm afraid, on a less jovial note, that you know my reasons for not being around.

A Warden finishing off some Darkspawn

Mandatory viewing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KsllKOAM_4s

A quiet, but successful night for the Wardens, some Blight Hawks were spotted early in the night, but they scattered in fear at the sight of the shining steel of the Wardens. Perhaps they remembered the trouncing they received at the hands of the Wardens the night before. With the Hawks routed, the Wardens and their allies moved on to liberate two regions, and defend another from a variety of novice Darkspawn. Many a lesson was taught as the Darkspawn of NationStates were slain by a party of twelve hardened Defenders. If you wish to learn how that feels just click here.

You're a Warden Syl, you're immune to the Taint.

Roavin probably doomed himself by making it though.

The First Warden jumps into battle, slaying many Darkspawn before allies arrive.

A hectic scene on the battlefield at minor today, as Darkspawn attempted to take advantage of the few Wardens standing-watch by splitting into groups to terrorize the land. Despite these brazen tactics, the Wardens, accompanied by their friends in the SPSF and the Forces of Mordor, were able to meet the Darkspawn head-on and come away with several victories. Though there were plenty of Darkspawn to meet with steel, the Wardens had their eyes on a particular party of fiends. Brihimia, a former Warden turned Darkspawn, and his new friends were out roaming today. The notorious traitor moved confidently with his new entourage, only to be met in defeat by the Grey Wardens on every occasion. We hope to see Brihimia continue this trend in the future and wish him the best of luck in doing so.

Wardens Tim and Bodobol face off against the Darkspawn, alongside NPA General Gladio.

Tonight's update was eventful for the Wardens and their allies as they came together to attempt a liberation of Hypernova house. A total of eighteen updaters - including seven Wardens - charged into the region moments before it updated, putting up an admirable assault against the occupying darkspawn force. Although it was unfortunately short of enough to oust them, it was far from a total loss as all of the lead nation's influence was burned banning defenders from the region. Warden Tim and NPA General Gladio remained in the region after the influence was burned, while Dollgirl (Yuno) was nice enough to unban Warden Bodobol and thus allow him back into Hypernova free of consequences.

The Wardens had many successes during the first half of update while on patrol duty, stopping several minor darkspawn incursions without much trouble. A total of six regions were defended within the first thirty minutes, leaving a trail of slain darkspawn before the Wardens rushed off to set in motion the night's major operation. Although we may not have managed to destroy the darkspawn tonight, our combined efforts were enough to inflict grievous wounds upon them.

We would like to thank for their support all of our friends from the SPSF and NPA that showed up.

First Warden Benevolent Thomas, stained by the fury of battle, looks upon the success of the night

A solid night of battle of The Grey Wardens, in which the Blight was pushed back time and time again by Wardens and their allies. After seeing Blighthawks and KGB-kiddos out on the night, the Wardens started on the Hawks, and then switched to check on the KGB-kiddos. Unfortunately, they chose to brazenly hit a region they had previously tagged, claiming that The Grey Wardens were "thorned" while they went to support their good South Pacific Special Forces friends in Hypernova House . In addition, the Wardens supported in two other regions to continue the clear-out of Darkspawn in those places. All in all, it was an action-packed update for the Wardens who ended up splitting into three and then two teams in the end so as to cover all of the blighthawk attempts. While they did sneak through some, a good number were still stopped, setting a new record number of defenses for the night.

This was legitimately a really fun update, it was pretty enjoyable chasing around the two-three groups of taggers in the second half.

Great job to everyone who participated. Shame we were so brilliantly "thorned" in Hypernova.

Yeah just to drop the report tone since it feels like most of my posts here are reports, it was definitely a fun night! It's a shame Ivo and Pals were so underwhelming, we could've picked off more Blighthawk hits.

Guess we'll just have to plan even more then :P Even with your record-breaking number of defenses, tonight we've achieved the highest hit-count since the Predator scandal broke (29, topping the previous best of 23 by HYDRA Command, if my research is correct). I did warn you about all the new SGT's we were raising...
