Serovski Mir 2022's governor, Serov, is a known transphobe who has said things such as "there are only two genders" (a known alt-right dogwhistle) and harassed trans player Repreteop for being trans.
Their region also has embassies with known fascists such as NATO 2022 (Bandera apologists, Bandera was a Ukrainian general that allied with the Nazis) and Mitteleuropa (Fifth Empire's pals).

This resolution, if passed, would remove the password to the region so it can be brought under control of the anti-fascist community.

They're pretty extreme since he implies that Trans people are Satanic, and these alone would justify passing this, let alone this and the other things he has done.

It's thought that Serov scrambled his password and is perma-retired, see RMB, so more than likely any transition would have to be community-led and involve the election of a WA Delegate - but as we can't confirm this for certain (and it's very unlikely that defenders will hijack the Atlanticana transition) then I won't be complaining about the withdrawal of the other proposals.
