What's being left out of these explanations is that the reason this wave of proposals weren't "drafted on the forum" like normal is the same reason that Liberation and Injuction proposals are rarely ever drafted on the forum. That's because there's an urgent need to protect a native community from aggression, one that would be impaired by the time spent on posting a public draft and waiting for feedback.

I can't really agree that it's nearly as urgent as you make it out to be when no injunction has even been presented, much less submitted and campaigned for. The later queue-stuffers, too, have weeks of time for drafting, discussion, and resubmission. This is a very poor argument for the existence of this degree of legislative slop, and an abominable one for actually voting for it, when the admitted sole purpose of this legislation is to keep the SC busy.

I can't really agree that it's nearly as urgent as you make it out to be when no injunction has even been presented, much less submitted and campaigned for.

One opposing military commander has already admitted they planned to destroy Atlanticana, in conversations elsewhere. With Atlanticana transitioning away from being a Frontier, you know that an Injuction would've been the only way to let them destroy it. This filibuster of the Security Council, combined with proactive security measures in Atlanticana itself, were the successful deterrents to their planned Injuction and invasion. This "slop" saved a community. I think you should be celebrating that.
